Long story short…
2 hours before they leave (from Miami), I find out I can ride w/them to shoot.
Bust mission to leave gig early so I can meet it on time. Got there on time.
30min in to ride up there, camera wont turn on.
Send out MASSIVE SOS’s the entire trip. Very close to success but in the end, no camera.
Sooooo close.
*Shouts to Serge and Roxie tho for helping.
Soooooooo I took a bunch of Vine videos to document and got le’ very drunk.
Work w/what you have and win.
First things first, a message from Brillz ft Craze and Kill the Noise.
Shouts to Louie, Craze, Serge and Rudy.
Fun trip overall.
I had the honor of shooting the lovely Sofia Roque’s video debut.
We’ve done several photo shoots together but really wanted to turn things up a notch.
This was a fun, spur of the moment, on the quick fast kinda thing we shot at headquarters.
But we’re quite proud of how it turned out.
Our cutoff logo tee, some music, a whole lotta laughing and you have, magic.
Thank you, Sofia <3
How abouts some art-verk?
Special thanks to our friend Vanessa aka Camper Jane for the photo.
I arrived on planet Earth a week before Art Basel. I met up with space meow Ms Jessica Rivas. We wandered the beach and she captured some excellent footage.
We walked around and I manifested luminescent spheres for my own amusement.
We went hat shopping. What do you think of this hat?!
Although theres no photographic evidence, Jessica inhaled a large pizza by herself. At the pizza spot we met a cool dude nicknamed “Lalo” w/ill custom Peruvian theme tattoos. Interesting fellow. And mad drunk.
We went to da club for a little while after da beach. I got behind the camera and captured Ms Rivas groovin.
How about some new reflector stickers, sukka.
You’ll see some classic and some new Rok The Spot x Art Bastard stickers around Miami and New York.
Spot the stickers on the street and take photos so we can add them to our Spot Rokkers gallery! Be creative!

Just Blaze came thru for our homies Yoyi and Frizko’s birthday. Good times with good people. Did a little pre-partying at the Doubletree Grand Hotel for cakes and drank. Plenty of animals were at the show. And shout out to the 4am space cake.

Yep. This saturday is indeed on and popping.
Just Blaze is spinning his first non-WMC show for our homies birthdays.
We shall celebrate the Yoyi’s and the Frizko’s respective birthdays collectively.
I shall be recording video, maybe some pictures and drinking the alcohol. Maybe none of them or all of them at the same damn time.
We’ve known these cats well over a decade. Fun times shall be had by all.
Just Blaze is as dope a dj as he is a producer btw.
Hands down our favorite party of WMC 2012. Dave Nada said it was his favorite in a long time and every person there would agree they had a fukkin blast. My official rating is that it went 2 x Ham and 3 x Ratchet. Double Ham. Triple Ratchet. Maybe even triple Hammer time.
Plenty of cameos too. Evol Intent, Kill the Noise, Zeds Dead, A-Trak, Jessie Andrews, MUNCHI!!!, Plastician, 12th Planet, The Others, Caspa, Congo Rock, Spider Man, Roxy Cottontail, Kid Cedek, Vicious Viv and probably a million more.
There had been speculation (mostly by me) about whether or not empanadas would be available for purchase. You know, holding up the moombah mass tradition. Sadly there were none, so I made up for it in the video.
