Heineken had hosted a 3 night concert mini series in the art district.  I only went for the Fabolous / Wale concert on saturday afternoon.  The even overall was really dope.  First off, the staff was really friendly, friendly as fuck actually.  Usually at these type of events security is made up of fucking douchebag pieces of shit that are power tripping because they grew up not doing shit with their lives, but not here.  The food? deeeeelicious!  The portobello mushroom burgers were fiiiiire! Free beer till you couldnt drink no mo’. and of course, maaad pretty girls. I only caught the very end of Wale’s set. It was dope that he came downstairs to perform though because the stage setup was on the second floor and just really awkward to see the performance unless you were upstairs.  Fabolous’ performance was cool too, even if he didnt come downstairs.  Definitely a dope way to spend a saturday afternoon.
